How we use the information you give us through this website. Draft: to be reviewed by the team
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a viewing or valuation, or register your interest, we collect the details you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number and what you’re looking for.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings or valuations.
- If you register your interest, to contact you about properties that match what you told us.
We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. You can ask to be removed from our register of interest at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@heatherstonelettings.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
